WORKING INSTRUMENTS AND METHODS
• To evaluate an employee or a future employee(candidate), the following professional methods:
• Free or imposed activities, professional tests, psychological tests, simulations and role-plays, simulating action plans that can provide ways to accomplish the company objectives, individual and group structured interviews.
• Activities are built in such a way as to reflect real situations that can prove whether the evaluated persons have the capacities and training required by the job position to be filled. • Practically, imposed exercises are simulated, from the daily activity of the candidates or employees.
• All interviews and role-plays are filmed.
• The CBC Romania evaluation system relies on professional evaluation programs and a team with practical professional background..
