THE AIM OF COACHING: Is to identify the best solutions in order to eliminate problems related to: • Poor communication or miscommunication with team members; • Misunderstanding or not assuming objectives, tasks and responsibilities by subordinates; • Cognitive dissonance, viewed as the difference between the perceptions of the employer and the employee, about how things should be done and what results should be obtained; • Employees manifesting negative attitudes and behaviors; • Sequential lack of self motivation and pro-activity by team members; • Integrating new employees in the company structures; • Performing in a new job, or improving the previous one; • Identifying real reasons related to the lack of determination and the demotivation of employees as well as finding solutions and means of solving their issues; • Coaching coaches in order to promote the concept in the company. |
